Ladies and gentlemen, a moment. It hit me today - this has been an incredible year, with much yet to come. Highlights include: CTV Ottawa Amazing Person, training with the Ottawa Airport dog unit, being in a calendar with cool NHL hockey players including Erik Karlssen and Craig Anderson (thank you Sean Sisk), Ontario SAR Volunteer of the Year, certified my 5th personal SAR dog (Grief - NAPWDA Cadaver Dog), RCMP Sunset Ceremonies, bought my dream home (thank you Shelagh!!!!), Personal Dog Trainer to the Governor General of Canada. In the next few months: a backpacking trip on the Coastal Trail of Lake Superior, a trek along the Inca Trail in Peru, a ride along with an Ottawa police dog unit, a return to the body farm. What a year! I cant imagine any comparable year in my future. Loving today!
