Ladies and gentlemen as well as local artists: In the event of me planning more shows Im going to explain to you my old process of getting artists on my shows. 1. I would pick and choose 7-8 acts who I allowed on my shows. 2. they paid an upfront cost for a 15-20 minute set. and I gave them tickets in exchange worth $100-$200 more than what they paid. To make money. I never once paid an opener to be on my shows. That was me being generous, as promoters in other areas will never give you tickets to make money back and generally give 8-10 minute sets. My new method. I will need 3 tracks sent to my email (unless I am familiar with your music) And I will select a max of 4 openers per show. No fee. I will give you a set of tickets to sell (10-15 tickets) and they need to be sold or given back along with the money for them, by show date. I will select your spot on the show based off how many tickets you sell. Once again, I have never paid an opener on my shows. They paid themselves. But from here on out, this is the new method. #ThankYouForYourTime
