Ladies, this has been the #1 question of 2015! How do I juggle life and fitness? My prayer life, kids, and fitness is SET APPOINTMENTS! My kids, sister, family ect. know not to even knock on my door or disturb me at 4:30am. Thats my prayer time! Alarm set and Im up with no excuses! Then I head straight to the gym for cardio or training! My athletes that have lived with me know that Im praying then the gym and my car is leaving the house at 4:45am. I will leave anyone whos not ready Brittany Fit Elyse lol! On the way to the gym I feed my spirit with a motivational speaker! I dont think I ever or my athletes that ride with me have listened to music in my car Alexis Brown. Lol! Alexis always laugh about that! Once my training is done Im headed home to cook breakfast for the family while starting laundry. Even washing my athletes clothes if need be. Get the kids ready for school and put laundry in the dryer. Lol! What Im saying is, organize your life and schedule set appointments teaching those around you not to interrupt! Make your time work for you and not making TIME an excuse to fail! Preparation and planning creates success! Without it you will fail! Stay positive, organized, and keep God first! Then YOU WILL WIN! Love you! God bless us all! Oh, every time i mention God I lose 400 people so bye in advance! Lol! Salvation over popularity!
