Ladies you have to learn how to tame the tongue. Words can slice and dice like a knife. Think before you speak. Examine your words. Take it down a notch. Leave them titles and positions at the door. You are a Woman first. When dealing with relationships or engagements let the man lead. No real man likes an overly aggressive woman. (I am guilty of this at times. I have been #Delivert!!!) Let him court you, get to know you...the real you.
