Laguna Beach Police Officer Jon Coutchie, 41, was tragically killed in the line of duty in a collision while responding to a call on his motorcycle September 21, 2013. The Association of Orange County Deputy Sheriffs is collecting donations on behalf on the Laguna Beach Police Employees Association to provide relief to the family and defray expenses. Memorial Service for Officer Coutchie: Friday, September 27, 2013 at 11 a.m. Mariners Church, 5001 Newport Coast Drive, Irvine, CA, 92603. The service is open to the public. The service is expected to be well-attended and attendees are being advised to arrive no later than 10 a.m. due to parking constraints. Officer Jon Coutchie is survived by his mother, father, brother, stepmother, stepsister, and girlfriend. Please keep his loved ones, his partners and the people of Laguna Beach in your prayers during this difficult time.
