Lake Eyre - Every decade or so this lake some 700 km north of Adelaide (South Australia) experiences a flood of around 13ft (4m), and then the water evaporates by the following Summer. So, imagine that you wake up one morning and suddenly there is an explosion of wildlife and water. And then there is even a Yacht Club of the middle of this desert ... Absolutely beautiful and very surreal Australia ... The magical "nothingness" ...
