Lake Tahoe is a pretty special place to hold a Global convention - the view from our hotel room is right across the water and to the mountains - its beautiful. Our first day saw us in the largest marquee that had been specially erected for the trainings and parties - we were so proud to have 2 of our Global team train on the day - sharing with us their journey and experiences Enos Salema was the first to talk - he shared his journey and what he learnt as a New Sapphire Manager and Eagle achiever - to think that when he joined us he was a struggling University student living in Tanzania - now he is one of the top leaders and has a lifestyle many only dream off earning an income of over $200,000 - very proud of him Then came the young and talented Jlenia from Italy in our team - she joined Forever right out of Uni and is now in her 20s building a massive business in Italy - she is now the number 2 in Italy, also level 2 CB cheque qualifier - her message was simple, follow the system daily and help as many others to do the same Many other speakers shared their journey with us - it is so exciting to see the next generation of leaders in Forever
