Lalla as we call her is one gem of a dog. A free soul. She has given birth to a litter and has hidden them somewhere. Twice a day she will visit my home to have her share of Pedigree. She can melt anyone with her looks and wagging tail. Yet people can be cruel. I heard her screeching sound from somewhere around. But could not locate. So called out her name. After a while she came in front of my house limping. Someone from the neighborhood apparently must have hit on her leg. Not the one to put belts on dogs, I found one and felt may be this will give her a protective shield that she belongs somewhere. Rested here for sometime and gone to be with her pups, she will appear again from nowhere to be with me while I wait for Avantika to return home from school.A daily routine for both of us.
