Lamb Keema (recipe). Fry 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, 2 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon, 1 star anise and 3 cloves in 2 tbsp oil. Add 1 large sliced onion, stir, add 300g minced lamb, 1 sliced tomato, 1 tbsp plain chili powder and 1 tsp turmeric powder. Stir, add 2 diced potatoes, stir, pour 1/2 cup water, stir and close with a lid to soften potatoes. Open lid, add 1 handful sliced coriander leaves, 1 tsp fenugreek leaves, season with salt, stir and remove from heat.
