Lamb shanks in red wine (this one needs a couple of hours) Lamb shanks Flour 1|2bottle red wine baby onions 350ml beef or lamb stock carrots leeks celery or anything 6 rashers bacon 250g mushrooms Bake shanks in oven !80 for 1 hr till brown.Drain.In pan saute onions,bacon and mushrooms add enough flour to absorb fat,red wine and stock.Garlic,ginger and anything you like.Simmer.Pour over lamb shanks and cook in oven 1-2 hours
