Lame customer service from #klm! not happy as no phone and lost my contacts and messages! Dont forget to back-up your phones! My message to #KLM: I have to say that I have received one of the poorest attempts of customer service I have ever heard of from a global brand. It is very disappointing that KLM lacks a customer service procedure that manages the experiences and grievances of its customers. After the last few weeks of contact with KLM I have received a response from the customer care department that lacks any knowledge of previous correspondence, empathy and reads like an automated response. On top of that KLM employs or contracts staff that steal passengers belongings from aircraft. Im still puzzled how a phone left in a seat pouch could not be found and held when KLM were informed within 1-2 hours of departure the exact location of the phone. Nevertheless I have to accept my phone has been stolen. I feel I have waited long enough to receive a satisfactory response from KLM but after todays response have come to the conclusion that this will not happen. I will never be travelling via KLM again and will ensure my family and friends are aware so they never have to go through the experience I have had to with KLM. An extremely disappointed customer......
