Lamentations 2:14 Thy prophets have seen vain and foolish things for thee: and they have not discovered thine iniquity, to turn away thy captivity; but have seen for thee false burdens and causes of banishment. Do we understand what this is saying? I am a KJV girl...so I dont even own other translations...but I did see a wonderful translation of this. AND felt led to share it.... Lamantations 2:14 Your prophets have said so many foolish things, false to the core. They did not save you from exile by pointing out your sins. Instead, they painted false pictures, filling you with false hope. The Midnight cry is sounding...and just like ancient times...GOD is sending out WATCHMEN to sound the CRY. God is placing a burden on those who see the enemy coming...and are set at the DOOR to warn those who go in. On my page alone I know of more than a handful that have been placed to LIFT UP THE TRUMPET to sound the warning. A GOODMAN does not want his house plundered. A Watchman that does not sound the TRUMPET will be PUNISHED. The BIBLE says he will have BLOOD on his HANDS. I refuse to have BLOOD on my hands for not saying WHAT the SPIRIT leads. There has never been a time in all of the WORLD when we have more FALSE TEACHING than we do right now. You ask, HOW I can say that with such conviction? BECAUSE there has never been a time when the population was higher....and every generation is worse than the next...so to think that all the FALSE PROPHETS were in ancient times is NOT RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE WORD OF TRUTH. There was always MORE FALSE than TRUTH. It is worse today than EVER! God is calling men to repentance. Not to his BEST LIFE NOW...not to his PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE....not to the latest NAME and CLAIM it THE SECRET. The MIDNIGHT CALL is a CALL to repentance. God desires to see men on their knees...Bowed low before him. Humbled by HIS GREAT NAME. Willing to throw down their nets and FOLLOW HIM. If you are seeking your BEST LIFE NOW....you are picking up nets...not casting them down to lay up TREASURES in HEAVEN. Repentance at the very core is to forsake all for CHRIST. I will not be guilty of asking men to see their fame, happiness and fortune in this life. MY only JOB is to tell people that THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS AT HAND...and he desires your PRESENCE...BEFORE HIM....BOWED HUMBLY AT HIS FEET...IN REVERENCE AND REPENTANCE BEFORE THE ALMIGHTY I AM!
