Landlord installed the filter as he said he would today. He was hard at work when I got home. Then he came in and cleaned out the rust from the pipes. Hes coming back tomorrow to fix the slow drain too. He is such a nice guy. THEN he asked if I was still interested in him building me a house on 3-5 acres on this property! Hes building 2-5 cottages to sell to people he knows. He said hed take me up to where they are on the mountain and although he has plans in mind, hes open to me bringing my own. He said hed make me a good deal on it. Interesting. I told him about the church and he said he had actually attended services there when it was a church and he thought he knew the man that bought it. Well see what the lots look like and how close to the hunters it is. Im a little concerned about the dogs.
