Landon is a young guy Ive got making big progress learning and training at the same time and literally growing out of his shirts.... Bubbles has been with me for years my main man helping me set up those boot camps this guy is lifting more weight now than he ever has but wait hes weighing less than he ever has the man has got Fitness down...... Donna been with me forever still comes in one day a week still sets records and still cleans house on that tennis court..... Big Jeff just joined the jungle this year unbelievable watching this guy go even taking out a couple of my records as he should no problem training someone to get stronger than me..... The doc who you all know by now can do anything you can do dont think that wheelchair is going to stop us chin ups pull ups backward forward drags battle ropes you name it matter fact you try to keep up with his floor press any day of the week...... Susan hart just joined us but what a great attitude willingness to learn and I dont think anybodys going to stop those legs..... Weve got the fly girl who does her own thing downtown but comes to the jungle and Im glad she does because this girl has some natural strength besides having a lot in common we both share love for the iron....mk may wear a lot of me on but you know what we need a little brightness in the jungle now and then and this girl seems dedicated to do whatever we need done watch your numbers as they go up up up...... My man Ted brisi coming in with that strong daughter of his twice a week what a guy 62 years old I hope I can be half of his strength and have a quarter of his endurance when I get there......hepp is one I have been waiting for for a while finally got to train this girl and what an awesome almost 12 sessions we have had big future ahead for this kid you can see it...... My wife the backbone the legs I can stand on when mine get tired almost at 300 pounds for that deadlift but all she wants to do for competitions is going cheer you guys on..... Bama trying to keep this in a sentence or two what a journey you can only understand how competitive she is when you have seen the road she is come from talk about a 180 lifestyle change and never turning back jungle inspiration......jt also a new one but is putting in 100 effort on these workouts even making sure shes getting the other ones in on her own and this girl will be at the top of the board in the jungle future..... Lightweight does anybody else in town have 110 pound girl lifting 300 will if you do you know how cool it is this girl has been nothing but awesome what an addition to the jungle support loyalty nothing but a hundred every time she grabs that bar not to mention world record holder......joy has been a jungle favorite right off the bat and is determined to take this jungle and turn it upside down..... Maggie read the strongest girl in here the one they all look to to see what she does for numbers after they hit theres have had Maggie for a few years now and wouldnt give her up for anything. .... Danna banana we got as a gift and what a package it has been a little bit of retraining and this girl is extremely strong compliments coming everyday from all different types of people about her fitness and just an awesome person all around 55 and still kicking so much ass..... Crystal my little Honduras girl I called it I do have to say I called this one sometimes you can just see it in her eyes and this girl comes in breaking old records by 30 40 almost 100 pounds not to mention looking so fit these days always getting in her car do after her work out always a great attitude always willing to learn the next thing crystal is true jungle......kwow been with me almost since the beginning but it seems like longer than that wait that supposed to be a good thing this girl has definitely got low oil T down and doesnt let anything like fibromyalgia or a long day at work stop her from her records so awesome getting to know this girl watching her grow and truly know Kwow as jungle family. ....tbone t Teresa however you say it you know shes a worker shes the one that wont quit shes the one that will slip through the whole hour right up until the last minute and then be back again the next day for more......ll I met at our first powerlifting meet when blondie computed and then let her again and just knew we had to get her into the jungle in her life she had been told not to work her back suffering from lordosis and Roses but as you can see increasing strength in the posterior chain and a little help from my reverse hyperextension Lauren is as you all know a bench press world record holder but now only 20 pounds away from a deadlift world record what an awesome girl you get in the small package cant wait to see lol because its her and people like Lando who are the future of the jungle. .....rfj just joins the jungle but have known her for years when she wants to do something look out it will become an obsession for her and she will get it so far we have seen her stand up with three hundred and twenty pounds but dont be fooled you will see this girl go past that very easily and become one of the top hits in the jungle...... And Beth who is also just joined us has a lot of power in that little punch dont underestimate this girl from just a few weeks I have seen from training with her we might just have another lightweight on our hands........ This is the jungle as it stands today proud of each and everyone of you and Im thankful I get to work with you guys each week
