Landrieu publicly (and repeatedly) calls her Lousiana constituents racists during the Mid-Term campaign, and then assumes that a yes vote on Keystone XL (which the state would get anyway as the Repubs take over) will make everyone in the Bayou State forget in what low regard she holds Louisianans?
