Landscape Foreman Needed!!!! Now Hiring –Landscape Foreman (Compensation $10-$16 ) R&S Groundskeeping is now seeking a hardworking, trustworthy, career minded individual to join our team as a Landscape Maintenance / Install Foreman. This individual must be highly motivated, speak well with clients and other employees, be able to complete tasks in a timely fashion, and keep good field notes. R&S Groundskeeping is in its 19th year of serving Middle TN and takes pride in the personal approach it gives its Residential and Commercial Clients. All applicants should be prepared to uphold to all guidelines as provided in the company handbook. This individual will be responsible for running a landscape crew with 1 or 2 more guys as well as help to oversee shop operations and work at our nursery. The following are requirements for the position: 1. At least 3 years valid Landscape Experience 2. Current Valid Drivers license with no recent traffic violations or DUI 3. Submission to a background check and drug screen 4. Reliable transportation to and from Castalian Springs. 5. Ability to drive Isuzu Landscaper Truck, Truck w/trailer, etc… 6. Ability to train and oversee workers to complete necessary landscape tasks. 7. General Knowledge of landscape shrubs, bushes, trees, mulches, etc. 8. Ability to oprate hedge trimmers, spread mulch, prep beds, etc… 9. Ability to monitor, adjust, maintain, ( and preferably install) irrigation systems 10. General maintenance knowledge to oversee that equipment is taken care of properly 11. Attention to safety and detailed work in a timely manner 12. Ability to maintain and submit daily paperwork The following skills are not required but would be a plus: 1. Ability to aerate and overseed Lawns 2. Ability to apply granular fertilizers, herbicides, pre-emergents, etc. 3. Ability to lay-out, design, plant shrub material 4. Degree in Horticulture or Green Related Field 5. Ability to Design / Lay-out / Install Irrigation Systems 6.
