Reply: Laptops will be issued in second phase to students who have not received in first phase. Q .2: What is the date of next phase? Reply: Not sure about date of next phase. It was informed that tentative date is Nov. 16, 2014. Q. 3: I am student of M.Sc. of Batch -2013, my name has not shown in the list of PM’s Laptop Scheme? Reply: University Focal Person is continuously sending emails regarding uploading list of M.Sc. -2013. Today, we have again sent list of students of M.Sc. Batch -2K13 and other leftovers. Students are advised to visit HEC website “pmnls.hec.gov.pk†frequently and immediately validate the required information. Q. 4: I could not validate required information on pmnls.hec.gov.pk by 31st of October 2014? Reply: Validation was the basic requirement of HEC. At this situation, Focal Person only can forward your request to representative of HEC. Email of focal person is khooharo@gmail Q. 5: What is the role of Focal Person of the University? Reply: Role of Focal Person is to forward your requests submitted through emails to representatives of HEC. Q. 6: Is Focal Person part of any decision regarding preparation of list, upload of list, validation process? Reply: No. All the above decisions are made by the team of HEC. Focal Person is only source of communication between students and HEC representative. Q. 7: When list of undergraduate students will be uploaded? Reply: It is informed by that same will be uploaded very soon. Students are advised to visit HEC website “pmnls.hec.gov.pk†frequently and immediately validate the required information. Q.8: Whether all the students of undergraduate students are eligible to receive laptops? Reply: HEC has fixed quota of each university and merit list will be prepared on the basis of their performance in pervious exams and according to quota of each university.
