Lara had a good night. Shes moving everything, talking coherently and remembering. Her eye movements arent normal. This may or may not be permanent, but they have improved a little since last night. She has a little numbness in her right arm, but is moving it and has power. This too may or may not resolve. The doctors are very happy with her, especially given the complexity of surgery and significant loss of blood and fluids. In her words, she is very, very, very, very.......very, very, very.......very.....tired
