Larry Stillman posted Kennards sanctimonious (like too many others since the likelihood that the perpetrators are Jewish became clear) status, with these apposite observations: I find these comments pretty remarkable and Sol Salbe and Michael Brull may find it so as well. I posted this comment, and you may care to add to Kennards page or my own. Kennards may be better since he appears to have got so many approvals. I am sure that many people will find your statement here remarkably off-putting. But absurd conclusions of moral equivalence between our people’s struggle and that of our enemies are not the way to achieve this aim Isnt that a rather simplistic way to characterize the problem? Why are the rights of Palestinians to live free of being beaten up not morally equivalent? Arent the Palestinian people supposed to be partners for peace, or are you considering them as a secondary people for ever to be subjected to permanent rule or kicked out. Why not consider that the struggle (for what? land? resources? peace?) has taken a crazy path that actually undermine a conflict resolution? we do not make grotesque hand gestures representing the number of victims-- this was a fake photo campaign. What is true is that we as a people do not glorify death – neither that of our enemies or our own. Sorry, I have seen decades of the glorification of the death of Palestinians in Israeli public culture --what else can the widespread chant of death to Arabs mean or referring to them as vermin? This is not rare behaviour anymore, it has been egged on for decades
