Larry Williams, Surprise, AZ, formerly of the Huntsville/Moberly area, passed away on August 20th, 2014 after a brief illness. He was 78. Larry was born on March 4th, 1936. He graduated from Moberly Junior College High School in 1954. He served as Chief Deputy of Randolph County Missouri from 1961 – 1967. He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin (Cowboy) and Lucille Williams, and older brother Kenny Williams. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Marilyn, daughter Beth Fuchs and her husband Fred of Albuquerque, son Mike Williams and his wife Maradeth of Surprise, AZ, brother Don Williams and his wife Lea Ann of IN, granddaughter Lindsey Gillett and her husband Chris of AZ, granddaughters Lauren, Megan, and Kelsey Williams of AZ, grandson Ryan Graham of AZ, sister-in-law Joleta Harlan, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Bob and Jen Martin, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at the Patton Funeral Home in Huntsville. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at the Huntsville Christian Church. Burial will be held in the Huntsville City Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Huntsville Christian Church.
