Laryssa Rod will be joining the team as Manager of Sales Planning, Operations and Analysis. Many of you know Laryssa from more than 18 years at Saucony where she has done everything from working in the Finance group to leading a Customer Service team. In this new role, Laryssa will oversee sales planning and analysis across all channels of the business. She will work on elevating our processes to improve planning, forecasting, program development and management, rep contracts and commissions, territory reporting, and ongoing business performance reporting. She will be starting a new discipline for Saucony with the creation of an sales analyst group to improve our key account business performance. Laryssa will report directly to me in this new position working closely with Todd, Pete, Tim and Brad. Jordan Zwick will also be joining the Sales team as our National Accounts Analyst. Jordan joins us in Lexington after a year as part of the Shadow Rep team. Prior to joining Saucony, Jordan held an Analyst role with Medtronic where he gained valuable experience working with their national sales team. Jordans experience in retail and analytics will help to elevate our performance across our major accounts by providing more insight to door by door sales information, channel trends, product line performance and other account opportunities. Jordan will work closely with Pete and report directly to Laryssa in this new role. Please welcome Laryssa and Jordan to the team. Two strong players that should help us to elevate our game moving into 2014 and beyond.
