Lasagna 1jar of your favorite sauce (I used 4 cheese) 1package of lasagna noodles 1 container of whole milk ricotta (15 oz) 4 cups of monzerrilla cheese 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese 1 egg 1pound mild sausage 1pound ground beef Brown the ground beef and sausage together season it with garlic salt and Italian seasoning (optional) After browned add just enough spaghetti sauce to coat the meat Boil noodles according to directions on box. After they are done lay them out on some foil to cool In a large bowl mix the ricotta cheese, 2 cups of monzerrilla cheese, and 1cup of parmesan cheese together. Then beat the egg and add to the cheese mixture Put it together Use a 13x9 in glass pan Use about a half a cup of sauce and spread it on the bottom of the pan Next lay your noodles on top of the sauce Next put a layer of meat Next put a layer if the cheese mixture Next another layer of noodles and repeat When you get to the last layer of noodles spead the reast of the sauce on them and put the remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and 2 cups of monzerrilla cheese on top Place foil over tge lasagna Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min Remove foil and cook an additional 10 min
