Last Friday Beavers made their way to Wiston Church to follow the Pilgrims trail as Monks - but not of the silent order! Beavers came in their monks habits, some of which were very inventive and authentic. We did a quiz around the graveyard & Church, talked about & tasted food which Monks would have eaten. Badges were presented. Buddy the Beaver went home with Harry G this week & is looking forward to having his necker washed! Our thanks to all who helped out and to the Beavers for making it so much fun! See you next week at Scolton!
