Last Night I made my First Pumpkin Pie for the Season for A Private Murder Mystery Dinner Tonight in My Cava. I suppose I could make it from scratch by boiling or baking the Pumpkin then mashing, but I have been using Libbys Condensed Pumpkin since I was a little girl and why change now. We are getting ready to make some changes to Susannas Restaurant in Rosaritos Fall/Winter Menu and we will be featuring my Upside Down Pumpkin Pie on our Dessert Menu in a couple of weeks. We will also be serving this to our Halloween Night Murder Mystery Dinner Guests, which has been sold out. For those on the waiting list, Thank you, we will let you know if we have any last minute cancellations. Hate That, but Love that!
