Last Night @ Joeys Tavern,,the regular house band (Chris,Bob,Thomas,Michael,Reno),,were all absent. You absentees would have been blown away at the performances last night. In phucing credable. House band set was smoking,,,,,Michael Vaugnn was on the ball as were the rest of the nights substitutes. That Stage @ Joeys is like a machine no matter which Saturday night it is. Randa Lee,,,,,wow girl,,you smoked your set and so did all the musicians,,,,,Joni (Hall of Fame) James,,,Nothing short of Stellar performance. Then right after Randa and Jonis sets,,,Angela (jump for Joy) Sundial steps up and raises the ante. All the ladys did a terrific job and made the night so solid. Tootsweet brings up his Klan and whooooooaaaa,,,Shaka Khan,,,Aretha,,,,, played some tough songs and played them nicely. And you know that old guy Jim Lynch (saxist),,he had an insane night,,,,,he was the whole horn section there for a while,,outstanding job last night Jim. The night just flowed to perfection,,,,,Oh yeah,,,you know how we kicked in the afterburners @ Joeys,,,,Bruce Rickerd,,Dusty Barron,,,,,,,,The Bassist,,I think his name is Ron,,,,what a performer,,and he ran the jam to perfection,,,Key boardest was a little hoarse but him and the gal filled in nicely. Thank you to all who came and performed and those who danced and listened,,,it truly was a super evening of incredible music and performances by a huge family of music friends full of talent,,,,,unforgettable evening. And for those of you who just watched,,,,,,how was that for freeeeeeee. P.S.
