Last Night was a HUGE SUCCESS !! The General Manager Gio is such a great person !! He is my new friend and now my brother !! The Owner Young and the whole staff was so kind to me and all my friends last night ! Thank You Ocean Avenue Brewery What a great venue and hard working friendly staff. OK , Now on to the Musicians that came out and played .. WOW !! Unbelievable ! I m giving the MVP AWARD to Drummer Peter Dallas ,, what a selfless awesome friend ,, He came all the way from Las Vegas to play with me and support this first Open Mic Night. He brought a Gorgeous White DW Drum Kit and let everyone play it . God Bless You Dallas ,, Not only are you a Great Drummer you are a great person. Thanks Brutha Man :=) Dallas really didnt get to play that many songs as there were so many drummers that wanted to play,,, That was truly kind of you ,,,,, wow .... There were so many great performances every one was so great and awesome ,, Liquid Circus blew the roof off the joint and were simply awe inspiring and great . Chuck Bittle was freaking brilliant and played so beautiful ,,,,thanks brother !! My favorite personally was getting to play live with Tris Mahaffay and Steve Greco . Tris and Steve and I were in band together when we were 13 and it was soooo fun jamming those old songs of ours... Lord I ve Got A Rock n Roll Band and Wont You Ever Learn Tris is an amazing guitarist - I loved his leads last night and he s just a great great musician and Greco was just spot on ..he played the drums like we had practiced these songs for months LOL He was flawless !! Unbelievable !! Haaa Haaa -OK so Rock N Roll Rick was Great , John Lake was great Taka Minamino , Yosuke and Steve were brilliant ! Lauren , Heidi , everyone was simply great. Ok I ll be back to finish this up in a few .. I ve gottaaaaaa gooooo Thanks to everyone for a great great night ... Kevin Jones
