Last Sunday I went to Serampore Rajbari Ground to enjoy BASANTO UTSAB organised by RAMEST CHANDRA DEB SMRITI RAKSHA SAMITI with the Taalessemia affected little children. But came back with bitter experience. In the middle of the function some of the local rowdy and drunken men entered into the programe and forced to stop the function because of not announcing their clubs name. So ridiculous ! A few police men were present there mere spectators. They were using slang languages. The Secretory of the Committee was helpless, as he has color and power to stop this nuisance. Should we remain speechless, dumb spectators ? Should not mass protest be raised ? How long shall we bear such an insult? should people of Serampore not ashamed of it?????????????????????
