Last actual session till the meet. Speed sets (for practice) Changed my set up next set and it flew up so much faster then this. Cant be afraid to change, no risk, no reward. One week out and I finally decided to learn how to lift, awesome. Also got starting my sodium/water load for the next couple pounds. About a gallon and 2 @1stphorm bottles will do. Will not be dropping carbs (have actually increased food), weight has dropped, and again, no food restrictions!
