Last class of the year done, thank you everyone for your support, weve seen some transformations this year and Im very proud of you all and the levels of fitness you have achieved. Classes resume on Sunday 4th at Thornhill Community Centre at 6pm, then the usual Bowhouse, Grangemouth Mon, Tue, Thu. Wednesday 7th will see us move, temporarily to a new hall for the Wed, Fri and Sun classes until further notice. The new hall is nearby, Westfield Community Project - its near Falkirk Stadium, behind the old firestation. Dont worry well remind you again after New Year!
