Last day of 2014 - personal parkour training with Michele, first day of 2015 - with Bonnie, augmented by my very own training, jumping around, lifting weights, and some rock-climbing. As I see the change in all of my trainees and myself, our ever growing enthusiasm, and the obvious connection we find between the physical activity, intellectual agility, and emotional well-being, I am looking for more people who are ready to give this lifestyle a try.
