Last evening was wonderful... thank you everyone for being so willing to share your hearts and for being so present. THIRTY essences came through powerfully... thats a lot, considering that I often teach herbal classes that feature TEN herbs in the same amount of time, and I feel like Im rushing. Once the genie pops out of the bottle, they do speak for themselves though, so that helps. Some allies that were shining brightly for our group: Mugwort: ass-kicker extraordinaire. puts our stuff up in our grill, helps us to break out of our self-imposed stagnant ruts and gives us the shove we need to authentically walk our Path with purpose and power. She is found at the edges of woods and can cleanse our debris as we move deeper into the realm of faerie and fae, guiding us to connect with Guides in the Lower World. Theres more to say, so I will post a link to an article in the comments. Hyssop: Letting go is a passive act. Compassion, forgiveness. Protection from pathogens and our inner demons as well. Opens Space. Lungs... EXHALE... wheeeeeeew. let gooooooo Laurel Leaf: Courage and Protection. Also good for lungs. INHALE Lemon Balm (Melissa): as a mint, she helps us to align ourselves aright, but shes very soft about it... in your own time. whatever is comfortable for you, hon. She infuses us with peace and the possibility for joy. She like to work with St Johns Wort too... (especially when there are holes in ones energy field) Goldenrod: Abundance and support... when you just cant do it anymore, she can help lift you up... give you the will to keep going Angelica: a biennial (if she feels like it). Deep tap root anchors the Earth, a hollow stem indicates shamanic connection to spirit through this wise plant. Divine feminine... majestic! attractive to all that benefits us. Peppermint: Clarity, focus, being aligned and energized in pursuit of our goals. Rosemary: Memory, focus. balance creative mind with the critical mind... SEEING deeper. Keeping our Hearts engaged in metal processes. Buddha Wood: Just. Stop. Thinking. Ho Wood: Pain. joints, muscles, emotional... especially with fatigue. Cypress: shelter from the wind. a still and loving embrace that offers protection during the storm. AZ Cypress is particularly motherly. (she is the one in this photo) Cinnamon: infuse passion and get to the heart of relationship... core issues. Red Pine: masculine but soft... strongly supporting passionate endeavors (action) Red Spruce: Feminine but fierce... strongly supports passionate manifesting (creation) Tansy (Blue): Wild Child!! Rebellious!! azuline (blue) can be calming to anxiety as chamomile can be, yet stimulating to our creative FORCE. She dances naked with the Pixies and Faeries... opens that Throat chakra to speak our Truth through our artful expression. Faeries love all kinds of art. Greeland Moss (Ledum): She LOVES working with Blue Tansy... they create their own enchanted forest together. Play play play! She is also a great infuser of the BREATH OF LIFE and cleanses lymphatic sludge and toxins. Rose: High Vibe!! Lifts everything up. Everything. Also offers protection to the heart (thorns) while we are Becoming (blossoming) fully into our true Selves. So, that was from memory, if I forgot any from last night please mention it in the comments. Jeremy has the notes that Melissa took and is going to type them up because hes faster at that sort of thing and obviously a very helpful man. I did want to get this out though before it faded too much. I will posts links in the comments to a few of the articles I wrote that expand on the info too... Ill send you all the emails I promised too. In case youre interested in a FULL WEEKEND of this... Save the date: October 18-19 here at the nest. (I will post a link in the comments too) Again, Thank You ALL. So Much. I hope that you all had a great sleep and feel fantastic today. Much, much, much Love.
