Last night I attended the CSPOA( Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association) presentation in Mammoth Springs, Ark. This group proved to be very firm with the topic of protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States. I was very impressed with this group that supports Law Enforcement as well as Sheriffs to become and stay defenders of the Constitution for the community they represent. I am proud to say that I represented the City of Winona last night as a new member of the CSPOA! This organization has many famous Law Enforcement officials that represent them like : Sheriff Richard Mack. I have included a link to the website so the Citizens of Winona can read about this outstanding group.I have signed the Resolution Drafted by the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, which in summary allows the world to see that in my jurisdiction, our citizens will be protected from the Federal Government. The Constitution of the United States is protected in Winona, Mo. An portion from the Resolution reads : There is no greater obligation or responsibility of any government officer than to protect the rights of the people. Thus, any conduct contrary to the United States Constitution, Declaration of Independence, or the Bill of Rights will be dealt with as criminal activity.
