Last night, I dreamed that I died violently and had become a ghost. I woke up in the middle of the night mid-dream, and still asleep, stumbled around the house. In an attempt to prove to myself that I was actually alive, I turned on lights, took pictures off the walls, and opened and shut drawers in the kitchen. It took at least 10 minutes before I was fully awake and knew I was legitimately, truly alive. Of course, in my seventh hour today working on the computer, responding to stupid clients by email, Im starting to doubt myself again . . .
