Last night I exercised so hard that it is scary and I risked injury. I did at least 5 sets of chins with a set of 5 forced negatives, two sets of rows, several sets arm circles, 6 sets of upside down hand stand pushups to effect shoulder presses, the hard part was- I did maybe 10- 15 sets of differant types of push ups including what I saw this young man doing and tried to emulate. I thought my arthritic shoulder would flair up huge, but now it appears that I should be okay. Trying to count the sets- 8 was the given, plus- 6 more and a set of forced negatives, so, up to 15 sets, omg, lesson was change it up differant and warm up and maybe not even include what I saw that young man doing. maybe not even include that. unless I can warm up into it, yeah.
