Last night I got back into my cheer uniform after 3 years of craziness 8 month concussion, sprained neck, subluxed knee cap, 2 ankle sprains, being extremely sick for about 7months and enduring a pretty major stomach surgery and only 3.5 weeks ago a knee surgery!! Crazy how much has happened but I worked my butt off to get better and did everything the dr. Told me to do to make me better! I reached my goal of being able to do cheerleading and feeling so much better!! Life is GREAT! :)
