Last night, I got up to go to the bathroom and within three steps, I crashed hard into the ground, cussing and crying up a storm. You see, Im blinder than blind without my contacts in and literally could not see the entire baby gate in my bedroom doorway. I scraped the inside of my left knee, wrenched my left firearm under the gate, and smashed the top of my right foot, taking off several layers of skin. And I threw an epic tantrum. It hurt so bad, I thought I broke my foot! But Darrell ran to rite aid and grabbed me some ibuprofen. He helped me ace wrap my foot with a bag of frozen peas. The point is, I had already decided that my intense 60 minute Insanity that I had on the calendar for today was not happening. I knew there was no way I could do it with this throbbing foot. Absolutely no way. Then this morning, I just watched this one minute video with Warhawk Mark Scott. My entire perspective for the day has been shifted. In. One. Minute.
