Last night I had one of those dreams that was so real, when I woke up I had to check what day it was, I dreamed a week had past. My dream started it was Tuesday morning, the bakery was just about to open, I go to unlock the doors and there are lines formed at both doors extending down the block. We unlock and start serving everyone. The film crew arrived, as did the Chamber of Commerce, the Journal Standard, RR Star, and the news stations. We did the ribhon cutting, I did my interview with the film crew and then each of the media interviewed me, as well several customers were interviewed. The news featured us that night, going in depth about our story, the next day the same in the papers. The entire week continued the same way with lines of people, which brought out lots of national media towards the end of the week, including a call from the cooking channel with an offer at a show. Then The alarm went off and I realized it was Monday and I had to go to work. How amazing it would be for that to happen, I actually could quit my job and focus on the bakery.
