Last night I had the most spectacular dream: I was being born, just out of the amniotic sac, its rupture rendering me unwilling witness of the most astounding and dramatic visions of war, blood, rape and violence and in the middle of it all a shining white rose, huge and alight as a candle in the darkness....I dont know what it means but I awoke numbed and scared, afraid of going back to sleep.
