Last night I had to do something I didnt enjoy and have never had to do before. A bride booked me to DJ at her wedding but since I sent her booking away 5 weeks ago I have not been able to make any contact. The deposit deadline passed and so did the final payment deadline. Despite numerous reminders no contact was made. Shortly after I informed the bride I would be unable to go ahead with the booking I received an email by return, however this was too late. It is something I hated doing and if there was any way round the situation I would have, but there is only so much leniency I can give. Even if you are having any problems at all keep in touch is all I ask, I will be as flexible as possible and had the bride kept in touch Ive no doubt we could have sorted something out.
