Last night I made chicken Kiev and a couple of paper thin ribeyes that I pounded the hell out of. I made a rub using ground fresh coffee, Salt, cumin, cayenne and brown sugar. Then after I rubbed it all in, I brushed them with an enhanced ketchup that I made. Those steaks were awesome! I let them rest for a couple of minutes, sliced at an angle and very thinly and we had what Chrissy called, The meat dinner! But it was damn good meat huh Chris Richer and Robert Ormand? You could have dined with us on this one Rashad TheChef!! NO PORK!!!!
