Last night I ran at the famed Devils Bowl Speedway. I started on - TopicsExpress

Last night I ran at the famed Devils Bowl Speedway. I started on the pole of the heat race and was able to come away with a win. Just winning the heat race was enough to put tears of joy in my eyes, but then I drew a 2 in the re-draw. So after waiting for what seemed like forever, we lined up for the A. I was able to bring it home 2nd. I was ecstatic in the car. Screaming, fist pumping, and tears of joy rolling down my face. It was a great way to end my 18th year of life and Im definitely looking forward to the 19th. Last night would not have been possible without my sponsors Podium Finish Photography,B.H. Fabrication, Duarte Funeral Home, Mejorado Buffalo Ranch, Vincent Accoustical, 1st Professional Transmission, Cool Climate, Allard Racing Engines, and my parents. My Dad nailed the setup last night. My mother, Pam Braddock-Duarte, worked hard to keep my helmet clean and keep me hydrated. My sponsor and good friend, Dr. Jared Durham, worked hard to keep my head straight and to keep me calm last night. My good friend, Mr. Andy Shelton, came over and prayed with me before every race and the redraw last night. Last but not least I want to thank my Lord and savior Jesus Christ for blessing me with an awesome night and the ability to race sprint cars. I also want to say that Devils Bowl Speedway is by far the premier race track in Texas. They have the best crew, best facility, the nicest people and the best fans. I appreciate everyone who told me good job last night. I had the honor of signing autographs and interacting with the fans. What those fans dont understand is how much it means to me for them to come up and ask me for my autograph. It means the world to me. Really looking forward to racing Devils Bowl again soon!
