Last night I was in the mood for bread pudding, and was remembering how good the grape nut pudding I made was so I made bread pudding with grape nuts. I dont ever measure, so I will try to estimate the amounts. I use 3 eggs, about 2 and a half cups of milk, about 3 or 4 tablespoons of sugar, a few dashes of cinnamon and nutmeg, about 8 slices of raisin bread, a teaspoonful of vanilla extract, and about a cup of grape nuts. Mix all together and bake for about 50 to 60 minutes. Delicious
