Last night I was talking to a photographer who has recently started photographing shows. He told me that the only reason hes doing photography at events is because I DONT WANNA PAY TO GO TO CONCERTS . There are so many things wrong with this statement. Doing event photography like how I do it isnt about getting into shows for free. Thats not what its about. There are too many people doing this and its starting to affect those of us who are actually trying to make a career out of doing event photography and frankly its starting to get really annoying.
