Last night, Jan Brokken, Ursula Schoch, and Marcel Worms took their audience on a literary and musical journey through the Baltics. With music from the Estonian composer Arvo Pärt, Latvian Pēteris Vasks, and Lithuanian Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis, they enchanted their audience on Čiurlionis homeground; the house where he lived in Savičiaus gatvė during his stay in Vilnius, in the presence of his great grand son. The stories of Jan Brokken, author of the book Baltic Souls, were funny, intimate, but moving at all times. A great concert lecture, a great audience; a great evening.
