Last night Senate Republicans filibustered the nomination of Georgetown Law professor Cornelia Nina Pillard to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, the second most powerful court in the country. They will hold up any and all such judicial nominees because they dont think Senate Democrats will do anything about it. Democrats must act. Sign our petition (at the link) telling Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to go nuclear and end the filibuster on judicial nominees.
