Last night about 1am I went online to purchase tickets to Radio City Christmas Spectacular so I could spend a memorable day in NYC with the family.. Chose my date and time from their online calendar.. Website somehow glitched and when I got my email confirmation I noticed that the tickets I purchased were for 11am today! I called immediately.. They were closed and I got recordings.. Emailed customer service about 4 times last night.. No response as of this writing to those emails.. Called constantly from 8am this morning to nothing but busy signals.. Now After dealing with about 15 minutes of recordings, I Finally got someone at 11:09am.. NO HELP!! Merry Christmas Ticketmaster asshats!! Christmas is ALL about the $$$$ with them! Had to buy the tickets TWICE! Obviously disputing the charges with the credit card company..
