Last night, after taking off my boots, I discovered my ankle and shin were purple and swollen (likely collateral damage from a fall I took into the framework of my Wood MIzer last week and hurting my knee. After going on the internet medical sites and discovering I have every disease known to man, I decided to take a trip to the ER. After intake and sitting in a silly ER pod for 2.5 hours (like a very good boy, considering I used to be in hospital administration), I got up and implied, wtf blah blah...I was nice about it. About an hour later they drew blood blah blah. Everythings all good...no remote chance of blood clot(s). Imagine being an effing Occupy know-it-all and not saying an adverse word for 2.5 hours. :D When I was arrested at 10 years clean I made it nearly 36 hours without saying a word after, where and when is my bail? -- and when I did speak after 36 hours, it was with deference. Recovery rocks.
