Last night at IKs Dharna on my way back, a poor looking guy asked me to help them find a Taxi. I asked him to follow me as we had a container ahead to b crossed abt 150 meter away nd vehicles/Taxis etc r normally parked thr. I asked him frm where he came ? why ? And wht is changed frm whr he came ? Following is his answer nd one of the Reason to know why I nd othr people come thr. He replied I hav come frm Karak (it is a small village abt 1.5 hours drive frm Pesh) and hav come for Imran Khan to support him. I am a poor man nd earning abt 15K/month on average. I hav two babies, I spent 6K whn my first baby was born 3 years ago. But I gave only 500 PKR at hospital in Karak whn my second baby was born a couple of months ago nd I was v happy for everythng at Hospital. I further asked abt same things which he has seen or felt, the answer was amazing.. He said I hav the Power now to complaint for any corruption or anything bad I see around at some anti-corruption dept nd I beleive tht they will listen to me nd will take required actions on my compmaint. During the walk for abt 5 mins nd the discussion, I felt him feeling like a proud Pakistani which most of us would hav badly wanted while visitng, living or working abroad.. It has happened to me 2-3 times in my life whn I got halt or I thought for few seconds before introducing myself as a Pakistani to people in Europe etc. It really gave me the worst feeling of my life nd I m still unable to forget it. But, I really made them all to re-think abt the people of Pakistan nd our country. Me along with few othr colleagues of mine frm Pak kept them really inspired & amazed at work nd answering all their questions etc related to the trainings etc everytime.. I m going to Dharna to give a good Pakistan to my Baby for which she will feel proud. I am 34 now nd hav spent more than half of my life and onethng to mention more, I hav lived my life v well so far in every aspect.. I was never interested in this so called Politics etc in my country but I beleive if it does not happen now, it is never possible then. I am Pakistani nd I m not a terrorist.. For those who agree or beleive, plz wake up.. othrs may plz RIP. Love u Pakistan.. I wil keep on making u feel proud till my last breath.
