Last night at about 19:00, 3 cyclists were spotted on the Western Bypass (between the Pionierspark Ext 1 turn off & Unam crossing), riding without lights. All of us are aware of the dangers posed by the Western Bypass to cyclists in general and riding without lights at night does not help at all, it is just plain stupid and discourteous to other road users. It also puts the cycling community in general in a bad light. If any of you have contact with these riders or know them, please speak to them or whatever, just get them to acquire lights and make themselves visible.
