Last night, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Yokotas public address notification system, also known as the giant voice, incurred a malfunction. Our communications professionals responded immediately and worked diligently to fix the system as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for any disturbance it caused for our Japanese friends and neighbors. Rest assured, our team is investigating the source of the error with the intention to prevent unscheduled disturbances in the future.
